Every * line must be completed or the application will not be accepted. In the Security Answer field, type your Access ID. Access ID's must be a minimum of 6 characters (alpha/numeric or both). Once you click submit, it could take up to 48 hours before you receive your confirmation email containing your temporary password. You must have this password before logging in the next time.
