In Case of Errors or Questions about your Electronic Transfers:

 

 

If you think your statement or receipt is wrong or if you need more information about a transfer, please contact us at the telephone number or address listed below.  We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we mailed the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared.

 

Please tell us your name, account numbers, and amount involved.  We will ask for your description of the transfer or error and require a written statement from you within 10 business days of your oral report.  Please explain as clearly as you can about why you need more information.

 

We will tell you the results of our investigation within 10 business days after we hear from you and correct any error promptly.  If we need more time and have your written complaint or error, we may take up to 45 days to investigate your complaint or question.  If we need this time, we will re-credit your account within 10 business days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have use of the money during the investigation.
